Research Programme Terms

These terms cover Narrative Review Express, the Systematic Review & Meta-Analysis Programme and the First Author Programme. The programme and scope purchased are identified in the offer and order.

Programme schedules and prices

• Narrative Review Express: a three-week research phase, with a complete-manuscript target of six weeks, SAR 999 per seat. Estimated publication target: under six months, subject to participation, manuscript suitability and journal decisions.
• Systematic Review & Meta-Analysis: six weeks, with submission targeted within eight weeks of the confirmed start, SAR 1,349 per seat. Students join a validated idea.
• First Author: a 10- to 12-week programme, SAR 5,999 per project for 1–5 students. Journal submission is targeted within 15 weeks, depending on student communication, responses to mentor feedback and adherence to mentor-set timelines. Student delays can extend this target.

Journal selection and publication fees

MindxBridge selects and manages the journal route for Narrative Review Express and Systematic Review & Meta-Analysis. Mandatory publication fees for the enrolled paper are included in the seat price for these two programmes. First Author teams choose the journal with mentor guidance. Publisher fees are not included in the First Author project price; journal options and costs are discussed before submission. Paying a fee does not guarantee acceptance.

Ownership and authorship

Authorship requires all four ICMJE criteria: substantial research contribution, drafting or substantive intellectual review, final approval, and accountability for the work. Enrolment or payment alone does not confer authorship.

First Author teams retain ownership and control of their paper and choose their journal. One purchase covers one project for up to five students. The team nominates a lead first author who must fulfil the role and meet authorship criteria. Five students sharing the project equally would pay SAR 1,199.80 each. This is one project package, not five separate projects.

Mentoring and participation

First Author mentoring supports submission, repeated submissions and reviewer-response rounds through acceptance. Journal decisions and editorial timing remain independent. We strongly recommend completing a Systematic Review & Meta-Analysis programme first. Research training sessions, conference poster preparation and presentation training are included in all three programmes. Students must contribute meaningfully, communicate and complete agreed tasks.

Cancellations and refunds

For new enrolments under the revised terms, enrolment is final. Programme fees are non-refundable for voluntary cancellation, withdrawal or non-participation. If MindxBridge cancels before the programme starts, all enrolled customers receive a full refund of the fees paid. These terms do not exclude cancellation, refund or other remedies required by applicable law. Existing orders retain the terms agreed at purchase.

SCFHS assessment

We follow the latest SCFHS criteria available at the time of review. Criteria may change and SCFHS makes the final assessment. We cannot guarantee research recognition, points or acceptance by SCFHS. MindxBridge is independent and no SCFHS endorsement is implied. Narrative Review Express is open to all nationalities and focuses on SCFHS requirements, suitable Saudi journals, Cureus or similar suitable journals.

Contact info@mindxbridge.com for programme and support enquiries. Separately purchased editorial and CV services have their own scope and terms. Their revision limits do not restrict mentoring included in research programmes.

Editorial, consultation and CV services

The service description and confirmed quotation define the deliverables, billing unit, selected turnaround and any revision allowance. Standard and Express are available for eligible services. Rush (24-hour) is also available for proofreading when offered in the quote calculator. A quotation depends on the word count, reference count, slides or other units supplied for the selected service. Provide accurate inputs and complete files so the quoted work can be delivered. Additional work requires an agreed scope and price.

The research consultation is a standalone 15-minute call to discuss an idea or concept and possible next steps. It does not include a manuscript edit or a completed research project. CV consultations follow their own stated session length and deliverables.

You retain ownership of the material you provide and must have permission to share it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the research, sources, author approvals and final submission. Editing and formatting support do not guarantee journal acceptance, a particular similarity score, SCFHS recognition, employment or admission. Publication fees are included only where the selected research programme expressly includes them.

Service turnaround is confirmed with the selected service and complete materials. Journal review and publication are separate from editorial delivery. If there is a problem with the agreed service, contact info@mindxbridge.com with your order reference and a description of the issue so it can be reviewed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Cancellations and refunds

For new research programme enrolments, there is no discretionary refund for voluntary cancellation, withdrawal or non-participation. If MindxBridge cancels a programme before it starts, enrolled customers receive a full refund of the programme fees paid. This policy does not exclude any cancellation, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Earlier orders keep the terms accepted at purchase. For separately purchased services, the agreed order scope and mandatory consumer rights apply.
